Pinnacle Integrity are approved workplace relations providers under the Performance and Management Services Pre-Qualification Scheme administered by NSW Government Procurement. Pinnacle Integrity may be directly appointed by Local Governments and State Government agencies to provide a range of services including; conduct management, grievance handling and workplace investigation services.
Pinnacle Integrity has been appointed by the Chief Executive of the Office of Local Government to undertake Code of Conduct reviews, (pursuant to clause 6.2(b) of the Procedures for the Administration of the Model Code of Conduct for Local Councils in NSW).
Our Local Government investigation specialists have conducted scores of investigations for Local Government across NSW. Our specialists have over 20 years experience working directly with Council and understand Council governance and regulatory frameworks including Local Government Act 1993, Local Government (General) Regulation 2005, Public Interest Disclosures Act 1994 (NSW), Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979; Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.
We support Council's Senior Executive, Internal Audit, Risk and Human Resource specialists to respond to Councillor Code of Conduct reviews (which may range from allegations of corrupt conduct, misconduct or grievance handling) subject of oversight by ICAC or other oversight agencies.
Pinnacle Integrity also has extensive experience in workplace safety investigations and post incident investigations. We will thoroughly review incidents and report back with a range of recommendations in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
