Complaint and Grievance Handling

Whether formal or informal resolutions are proposed, the principles of procedural fairness and communication need to be balanced with those of confidentiality and privacy. 
 
The Pinnacle Integrity team will ensure that complaints are dealt with in an equitable, objective and unbiased manner. This will help ensure that the complaint handling process is fair and reasonable and that complaints which are not supported by the evidence are identified.

Our HR professionals will work for you to determine the underlying issues, establish the terrain and resolve the matter promptly while minimising disruption.  We work with you to avoid a continuance or escalation of the issue.
